13Sept: Birubi Point Surf Life Saving Club celebrated a fantastic Cadet Engagement Day at Salamander Square Shopping Center, bringing our youth members together to engage with the community and raise funds for future events.

The highlight of the day was the raffle, where youth members sold tickets for a beautiful selection of natural body products from Woohoo Body.  All funds raised will go directly towards organizing youth events throughout the year, ensuring that our juniors have plenty of opportunities for growth, fun, and learning.Beyond raising funds, this event served a greater purpose: it allowed our cadets to build their confidence and enhance their communication skills, which are essential on the beach. Engaging with the community, sharing their stories, and promoting the club helped them develop essential life skills that will benefit them well into the future.We extend our heartfelt thanks to Salamander Square Shopping Center for providing us with the space and opportunity to host this event. Your support is invaluable to our club and community. Additionally, a huge thank you goes out to our wonderful cadets for their hard work and dedication.
