The future of the bottom carpark remains unclear even though a small area(providing limited spaces) was open over the Australia Day long weekend.
As consistently stated, the concerns of Birubi Point SLSC is around the impact on public safety, with visitors getting pushed away from the flagged area due to limited parking on the headland.
